This website is operated by North Beach Studio. Throughout this document, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to North Beach Studio.
By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Exchanges Policy and Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication on our website. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every effort to display our artworks, colours and finishes as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, monitor settings and lighting conditions. This variation does not constitute a fault or misrepresentation.
All artwork dimensions listed on our website are approximate and may vary slightly due to the handmade and production processes involved.
As many of our artworks are made to order, slight natural variations between individual pieces may occur. These are considered part of the character of the work and are not considered defects.
If you are uncertain about colour tones, sizing or finish, we encourage you to contact us at hello@northbeachstudio.com.au before placing your order.

PRICING
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout unless otherwise stated.
In the event of a pricing or product description error due to a typographical mistake or system fault, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order placed at the incorrect price. Where payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued promptly.

ORDERS
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation is an acknowledgement of your order, not acceptance of it. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order before dispatch.
As many of our artworks are produced to order, production may begin shortly after your purchase is completed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where products become unavailable, pricing errors occur or fraudulent activity is suspected.
If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
Production and shipping timeframes provided on our website are estimates only and may vary depending on workload, freight availability or circumstances outside our control.
We are not liable for delays caused by freight providers, weather events, public holidays or other external disruptions once an order has been dispatched. However, if an order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with our freight partner to locate or resolve the shipment.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect details supplied at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please choose carefully before placing your order.
As our artworks are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If you have a unique circumstance you would like reviewed, please contact hello@northbeachstudio.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. For full details regarding returns, damaged items and your statutory rights, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major problem, you are entitled to choose a replacement or refund. If the problem is minor, we may repair, replace or refund the item within a reasonable time.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website — including artworks, imagery, designs, graphics, logos and written content — is the property of North Beach Studio and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.
No artwork, image or website content may be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified or used for any purpose without prior written permission from North Beach Studio.
The purchase of an artwork does not transfer any copyright, reproduction rights or intellectual property in the work to the purchaser. All rights are retained by North Beach Studio.

WEBSITE USE
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use of the site.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or cancel orders where misuse of the website is suspected.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, North Beach Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.
Our liability is limited to the replacement, repair or refund of goods in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
We do not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. North Beach Studio is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party sites and we encourage you to review their terms before engaging with them.
Payments made through third-party payment providers are subject to the terms and conditions of those providers.

DISPUTES
