About the Artwork
Where is your artwork made?
All North Beach Studio works are developed and produced in-house on the Gold Coast, Australia — from concept and artwork development through to printing and framing.
We work with a considered range of materials and finishes designed to feel refined, timeless and easy to live with.
Are your works original paintings or prints?
North Beach Studio produces a curated collection of art prints and canvas works created exclusively for the studio.
Alongside our print collections, we also release selected original works and one-off studio pieces.
Will the artwork look exactly the same in person?
We do our best to ensure colours and textures are represented as accurately as possible online. As every screen displays colour differently, slight variations may occur between digital viewing and the final printed artwork.
Do you release limited edition collections?
Selected collections and pieces may be released in limited quantities or as seasonal studio releases.
Printing & Framing
What materials do you use?
We print on premium fine art materials selected for their texture, tone and longevity.
Our framed works are finished with solid timber frames and lightweight acrylic glazing designed to offer clarity, durability and UV protection.
What frame finishes are available?
Our standard frame finishes include oak, black and white.
Select works are also available as stretched canvas with shadowbox framing.
Are your frames made from real timber?
Yes. All framed works are finished with genuine timber mouldings chosen for their clean, gallery-style profile.
Are the artworks ready to hang?
Yes. All framed works and canvases arrive ready to hang with hardware attached.
Can I order a custom size?
In some cases, yes.
As all works are produced in-house, we can occasionally accommodate custom sizing or project-based requests. For custom enquiries, please contact our studio directly.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes. We ship Australia-wide, including regional areas.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship unframed / rolled artworks world-wide. In some cases we can shipped framed art, if required please get in contact with the Studio to discuss.
How long will my order take?
As each piece is printed and framed to order, production times generally takes up to 7 business days, plus shipping timeframes.
During collection launches or promotional periods, lead times may be slightly longer.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email.
What happens if my artwork arrives damaged?
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the packaging and artwork.
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Styling & Trade
Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes. We work with interior designers, stylists, developers and commercial projects through our trade program.

Can you help with artwork selection?
Absolutely.
We regularly assist clients with selecting pieces based on their space, palette and overall interior direction.
Do you offer artwork for large-scale projects?
Yes. We work across residential, commercial and development projects, including large-format artwork packages and custom framing solutions.
Orders & Returns
Can I change or cancel my order?
As all works are made to order, changes or cancellations must be requested as quickly as possible after purchase.
Once production has commenced, changes may not be possible.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom-made nature of our artworks, we do not offer returns for change of mind.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll assist wherever possible.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Digital gift cards are available online.
