Shipping Policy

Each North Beach Studio piece is produced to order and carefully packaged from our Gold Coast studio. We work closely with trusted freight partners to ensure your artwork arrives safely and in excellent condition.

PRODUCTION TIME

As all artworks are made to order, please allow production time prior to dispatch.

Production timeframes may vary depending on the artwork, size and framing option selected, however most orders are dispatched within 5–10 business days.

During busy periods, sales events or public holidays, production times may be slightly longer. If there are any significant delays with your order, our team will contact you directly.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Once dispatched, delivery timeframes are typically:

Metro & most regional areas: 3–5 business days
Western Australia, Northern Territory, Tasmania & remote areas: 7–10 business days

Please note these delivery estimates apply after dispatch and are provided as a guide only.

Some oversized artworks, framed pieces or remote deliveries may require additional transit time.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

If you have not received your tracking information within the expected production timeframe, please contact hello@northbeachstudio.com.au.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

In some cases, our freight providers may leave parcels in a safe location if no one is available to receive delivery.

If you do not wish for your order to be left unattended, please contact hello@northbeachstudio.com.au prior to dispatch so we can note this on your shipment where possible.

North Beach Studio is not responsible for loss or damage occurring after a parcel has been successfully delivered to the nominated address.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please ensure all shipping information provided at checkout is correct, including apartment numbers, business names and contact details.

North Beach Studio is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect delivery information supplied at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, any additional charges incurred by our freight partners will be passed on to the customer.

DAMAGED DELIVERIES

We take great care when packaging every order. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact hello@northbeachstudio.com.au within 5 business days of delivery.

To help us assess the issue quickly, please provide:

Your order number
Clear photos of the artwork
Photos of the damaged area
Photos of all packaging materials
A photo of the shipping label

Please retain all original packaging until the matter has been resolved where possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently offer free worldwide shipping on all rolled prints.

To ensure your artwork arrives safely, all international orders are shipped unframed in a protective art tube. Rolled prints are carefully packaged and dispatched from our Gold Coast studio.

Please note that framed artworks and stretched canvases are currently available for delivery within Australia only.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by the destination country. Any such fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

If you have any questions regarding international delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will be happy to assist.

DELAYS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

While we work closely with our freight partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to weather events, carrier delays, peak shipping periods or circumstances outside of our control.

North Beach Studio is not liable for shipping delays once an order has been dispatched. In the event an order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with our freight partner to locate or resolve the shipment.
